Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
5-10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance related position
3-5 years supervisory experience
Responsibilities
Manage assigned team members and provide training, work direction, and coaching
Responsible for closing and supervising of legal entities monthly and working with the FP&A team to review financial results
Ensure alignment of operational priorities with business priorities
Analyze data to make informed decisions about the operations of the team
Focus on Month end close process efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement for all assigned legal entities
Monitor entity close scope to ensure adherence and compliance with controls
Track and perform analysis of services delivered in group, including internal and external benchmarking
Work with team to standardize processes across entities
Work with Internal/External auditors to answer questions
Identify best practices and continuous improvement opportunities and facilitates embedment of the practices into the organization
Develops people to reach their full potential through individual coaching, training, and career development, preparing them to assume increased responsibility
Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as required

Requirements
