Job Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will perform daily accounting activities, including AP management, creating invoices, W+ collection for vendors, managing payroll for clients, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, they will develop one-on-one relationships with US-based clients and project leads, ensuring accurate and timely reports sent to clients. The role also involves leading quality project deliverables and client engagements, showcasing leadership skills and managing internal/external expectations.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a Master's Degree in Accounting required and CA certification as a plus. Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Bill.com, Expensify, and other US accounting systems is necessary, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, combined with problem-solving and innovation skills to address technical production challenges.
