About the Internship:
Job title: Accounts & Admin(Up to 1 Year Experience).
Job summary:
Unbox Industry is seeking motivated, well-rounded, reliable Account Executive. Who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Accountant will include bookkeeping and support Manager. Candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
The candidate should be able to interact with Vendors, The candidate must have knowledge in Tally and MS Excel, to managing records and prepare asked reports. This position will work closely with the Manager and other management members of the company.
Activities and Specific Duties:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Look after administrative tasks and take responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
General office management such as ordering stationary
Arranging both internal and external events
Tally ERP +.0 and above must required
Good Command in Excel is must required
