While great strides have been made in sending and receiving payments, businesses still struggle to aggregate all their financial data, understand it, and use it to make well-informed, timely decisions. Docyt brings order to data chaos.
Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles your general ledger, integrates with QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. That explains what we do, but here’s why it’s important. A complete, accurate, real-time financial picture empowers businesses to make timely and smart decisions so their business can thrive.
Requirements
• Current CPA certification is required.
• Supervising a team of 4-6 Jr. and Sr. Accountants.
• Learn and utilize Docyts proprietary software to assist in account bookkeeping for our US-based clients, QuickBooks knowledge is required as well.
• The candidate should have good knowledge of the following:
• Preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, income and expenditure statements
• Reconciling a chart of accounts (including bank accounts)
• Posting month-end journal entries
• Preparing financial reports (including payroll processing)
• We expect candidates to maintain the highest level of integrity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive financial data
• This job will require some overlap of U.S.-time zones and may require some Saturday and Sunday flexibility dependent upon the needs of the client.
• Travel to our Jaipur office will be required - this is a hybrid work model (WFH + WFO)
About You
• Undergraduate degree in finance, or commerce with an accounting concentration is highly desired
• Current CPA certification
• 5+ years of recent experience in account management related to accounting - customer-facing experience is required.
• Good verbal and English writing skills are a must for communicating with our U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
• Outstanding project manager with great organizational skills and attention to detail.
