Job Description
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, generating financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.
Vendor Management: Process payments to vendors, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Client Invoicing: Generate client invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software like tally and MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience needed: Minimum 1 year in relevant field. ( Female candidates or preferred )
Office timings: +.00 AM to 5.30 PM
