Job Description
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Manage sales, purchase, receipts, and payment entries
• Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Maintain GST records and assist in compliance (if applicable)
Administrative Work:
• Handle office administration and documentation
• Maintain records, files, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Manage dispatch of goods/orders efficiently
• Coordinate with transporters/couriers
• Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, challans, etc.)
• Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch
• Maintain dispatch records and reports
