Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations & Accounting
• Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
• Create, tally, and file invoices.
• Assist in documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• 2. Administrative & Operational Support
• Draft professional emails, messages, and communications in formal business English.
• Manage the CEO’s WhatsApp and Google Calendar with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain and organize records using Google Sheets, Forms, and related tools.
• Coordinate with leads and clients; maintain structured follow-up records.
• Handle and manage leads across multiple platforms.
• 3. Executive Assistance
• Work closely with the CEO on growth initiatives and offline projects.
• Assist during shoots and other assignments as required.
• Act as a dependable backup for ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
• 4. Communication & Coordination
• Communicate effectively across departments to gather or relay essential information.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Business English.
• Requirements
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Strong command over data handling, formulas, and spreadsheet management is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in formal Business English
• Must be able to draft professional emails, messages, and documents.
Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Skilled in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, and communication tools.
Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
• Includes managing multiple calendars, coordinating meetings, and scheduling tasks.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
• Adaptable and quick to adjust in a fast-paced, evolving setup.
Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ready to stretch beyond traditional working hours as and when required.
Ability to work independently under pressure
• Handles responsibilities without constant supervision, even during high-stress situations.
Familiarity with coordinating meetings and booking travel arrangements
• Experience in logistical support is an added advantage.
