About Us:
JD ENERGY is a leading solar BOS (Balance of System) supplier, catering to over 2000 solar EPC companies across India. We are a one-stop solution for all solar structural needs, known for consistent quality, excellent service, and a wide range of in-house manufactured products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and coordinating directly with our Chartered Accountant for compliance and clarification.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client ledgers regularly.
Record all receipt and payment entries in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor and manage TDR records and entries.
Ensure accurate and timely GST payments and filing coordination.
Follow up for payment collection from clients and maintain updated records.
Maintain and reconcile expense ledgers and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate and communicate directly with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) for clarifications, audit queries, and statutory compliance.
Assist in internal audits and provide required documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally
Basic understanding of GST regulations and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills for client interaction and coordination with CA.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 16500 Per month
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
