Job Description
You will be responsible for book keeping and preparation of Tally Data for CA review, as well as day to day accounting functions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strict standards of account regarding PO's and PI's
Responsibilities
• Daily Tally Data Entry
• Preparation of Tally Data for overview by CA
• TDS liability followup, calculation of monthly TDS
• All follow up regarding GST : Returns, Ewaybills, Credit Input
• All follow up regarding exported shipments: GR release/ BRC, Duty Drawback, Duty Payments
• Issuing and receiving of all PI's and PO'S
• Maintaining accurate ledger balances of all debtors and creditors
Qualifications
. Graduate Degree
. Excellent verbal and written skills required
. Good knowledge of Tally + or higher
. Have minimum of 3 years experience in Export oriented industry
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
