Role Description
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and coordination of finance-related activities for our factory and office. The role includes maintaining books of accounts, handling bank, cash, debtor and creditor reconciliations, processing vendor payments, supporting finalization of accounts, preparing MIS and cost-related reports, and ensuring smooth statutory and documentation compliance. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with regular coordination across accounts, stores, purchase, and management.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Candidates with M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent relevant qualifications will be preferred.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, taxation, and compliance.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and accounting finalization.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, cost sheets, ledger scrutiny, P&L support, and balance sheet-related working.
• Good command over Tally, ERP systems, Excel, Word, and routine accounting documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing, factory accounts, electrical, cable, engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable handling vendor payments, debtor-creditor records, inventory-related accounting coordination, and day-to-day finance follow-up.
• Candidate must be residing in or near Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad, or nearby areas, as regular office presence and easy commute are important for this role.
