Job Description-
• Responsible for preparation of financial statements, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Timely Preparing and submission of Monthly Management Accounts
• Preparing and developing processes and internal financial controls and successful implementation of it
• Preparing of Monthly MIS Report for management and ad-hoc reports
• Preparing of Annual amp; Quarterly budget for the company
• Liaison with the Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors and Internal Auditors
• Preparing of Income tax computation and return
• Responsible for handing Income tax Scrutiny case with Tax Authorities
• Responsible for proper deduction and payment of TDS and filing of quarterly E-TDS
• Responsible for Inventory management/valuation
• Managing a team of 2 - 3 people
• GST reconciliation with GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 and GSTR 2, 2A and others
• Coordination with the bank for limits and submission of quarterly documents
• Oversee and manage all financial operations and accounting, accounts payable amp;
• receivable, and financial reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning, manage cash flow projections
• Finalisation of Accounts and MIS reports
• Provide financial analysis to support decisions of the management team
Required Skills-
• Candidate should have exposure of working with Trading Company
• Candidate should have prior team management experience of managing 3 - 4 people
• Working exposure of Inventory
• Sound financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong Tally, Microsoft Excel and IT skills
• Decent verbal and written business English communication skills
Location: Chembur
Company Timing:10.00 am to 6.30 pm ,2nd 4th saturday timing upto 4.30 PM
Week off: Sunday
