Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally for data entry, a good understanding of tax deduction laws and accounting principles, and be proficient in Excel for maintaining and organizing financial data. Strong organizational and management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Tally Accounting:
Daily data entry in Tally ERP.
Posting journal entries, sales/purchase bills, bank reconciliations.
Maintaining ledgers and general accounting records.
Taxation & Compliance:
Understanding of TDS, GST, and other applicable tax laws.
Preparation of tax returns and supporting documents.
Assist in statutory audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Excel Proficiency:
Maintain organized financial records, trackers, and MIS reports.
Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts for accurate financial analysis.
Update and maintain daily/monthly reports and reconciliations.
Administrative & Managerial Support:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and auditors.
Handle documentation and filing in a systematic and traceable manner.
Support the senior accountant/finance manager with various tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation rules, and audit procedures.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or any finance-related certification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
