About
The Role
This is a part-time permanent position, with potential to become full-time, based in our busy Priestpopple office, dealing with both business and client accounting. Undertaking a wide range of work which includes (but not restricted to):
• Bank reconciliations
• Data entry to accounting system
• Monthly/quarterly reporting
• Receiving cheques/cash and banking
• Payment of bills
• Rent collection services administration
• Raising invoices
• Debtor control
Hours of work to be discussed.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience and includes pension contributions and 25 days annual holiday (plus statutory bank holidays), pro-rata.
About You
You will be joining one of the leading, independent local firms of RICS Rural and Commercial Surveyors, Land Agents, Estate Agents and Development Consultants and will deal with a wide variety of clients.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, enthusiastic team player who will ‘muck in’ with at least 2 years’ experience in an account’s environment.
