Accounts Receivables and payables
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
Updating and maintaining records of expenditures, Responding to vendor Invoices.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reports
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Masters degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field preferred from a top college / university with distinction.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of accountancy, finance.
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Good academic record throughout
Advance knowledge of excel.
Good computer skills.
Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
