Hari Om Foods LLP is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rabale. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of GST reconsideration and TDS, and enjoy working collaboratively with a Chartered Accountant, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
GST Reconsideration: Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns and address any discrepancies or reconsideration requests.
TDS Knowledge: Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) processes, including calculations, deductions, and filings.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, maintaining up-to-date records.
Coordination with CA: Work closely with our Chartered Accountant to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and assist in audits and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficient in GST and TDS regulations and processes.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
