Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting, customer communication, and documentation. This role involves managing routine accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with customers over calls for payments and document follow-ups, and ensuring proper filing of all financial and operational paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting Support:
Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Track and update accounts receivable and payable.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filing.
Export/Import Documentation
2. Customer Coordination:
Call and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Confirm invoice receipt and resolve basic billing queries.
Maintain a follow-up log and share payment status updates.
Handle customer documentation requirements or escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting and back office support roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).
Good communication skills for customer interaction (both verbal and written).
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer support or follow-up calling.
Understanding of basic taxation (GST, TDS) and invoice structure.
Familiarity with document management and filing systems.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
