Job Description: As an Accounts Assistant in our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with bookkeeping duties, such as recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
Conducting data entry for invoices, expenses, and other financial documents.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Reconciling accounts and verifying accuracy to ensure financial integrity.
Collaborating with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Income tax return filing
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tally ERP + is must
Interaction with clients and vendors
Knowledge of Banking operations is required.
Knowledge of GST & TDS filing
Knowledge of Income tax return filing
