Designation – Accountant Assistant
Location - Kandivali (West),Mumbai
Salary – 12k to 17k or depends on company norms.
Experience – Up to 2 years
Qualification – Graduate

Job Description: -
Obtain proper information and data regarding invoice payments
Assemble invoices to be completed for payment.
Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support .
Type periodic reports and other records .
Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts.
Preparing/ Submission of monthly Bank Reconciliation (all bank accounts) .
Petty cash management and cash reconciliation .
Processing of Venders payments and Reimbursements and checking accounting entries for the same.
TDS calculations and payments .
Mange income tax return filling.
Manage GST registration & Return filing.
Daily entry in Tally Software.
