Job Title: Accounts Associate/ Accounts Receivable Associate/ Accounts Payable AssociateReports to Position: Manager, BSO
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Duties
Job Responsibilities:
• Records and codes Bank and Credit Card transactions.
• Processes Expense reimbursements.
• Processes, records, and reconciles payroll.
• Records depreciation/amortization expense.
• Reconciles Bank, Credit Card, and other Balance Sheet accounts.
• Supports period close activities and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists with financial statement preparation and other reporting deliverables.
Other duties as required :
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education:
· Post-graduation in commerce/ MBA Finance
· Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CMA, etc.) a plus
Experience:
· One (1) to Three (3) years of experience performing general accounting transactions and functions required in the US environment
· Experience working in an outsourced operations environment required. End-to-end accounting, month-end accounting process filing
year ends forms
· US Tax Exp is plus
Software:
· Demonstrated experience performing accounting functions in applications such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage
Intacct, Bill.Com
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Language:
· Good English oral and written communication skills are required.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· High level of attention to detail required.
· Strong analytical and basic research skills
· Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to self-manage work assignments and prioritize work activities.
· Ability to work overtime, especially during month end
