Job Description
Qualification – B. Com/B. Sc.
Good knowledge of Busy Software, expert in Excel. Good command over written English.
Preparation of challan for stock in & out. Maintaining stock register on daily basis and reporting.
Securing financial information by completing data base backups.
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Monthly physical stock audit and maintaining Stores.
Cost Centre & Material Centre maintenance in busy.
Maintaining all the documents & reports of purchases, sales, purchase return, sales return etc. on daily basis.
Must be able to do entries in Busy like Payment, Receipt, Material In, Material Out, journal voucher, Sales. Purchase, Credit Note, Debit Note etc.
Maintaining different MIS in excel like Cash, Imprest, Vendors etc.
Undertaking Admin Responsibilities.
Processing of Employee reimbursements and handling their queries.
Ability to work under pressure, perform multiple tasks & Smart and confident, should be a quick learner.
Desired Profile:
· Good knowledge in Busy & Excel.
· Knowledge of TDS, ESIC, PF.
· Experience Required – 2 to 3 Years.
· Salary Range: 15K to 20K.
· Should have an own conveyance.
· Job Location: Sec 63, Noida.
