Must Have -
Proficient with respect to employee pay fixation as per the labour laws
Should be able to handle large scale payroll >5000 employees
Should be an expert with ESIC,PF and taxation with respect to employee payroll
Computation of Monthly Professional Tax Liability & Filing of PT Returns
Computation of TDS Liability & Filing of Quarterly e-TDS Returns
Computation of company's monthly payroll and year end generation of employee form 16.
Preparation & issue of withholding tax Certificates (TDS Certificates)
Should be good at
Generation of monthly and yearly consolidated salary statement of employees
Proficient with employee payroll laws with respect to ministry of labour.
Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally
Verification and Accounting of all invoices/bills received from Vendors
Preparation of Bank Payment Vouchers and Accounting of Cheques
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
Reconciliation of Statutory remittances
Reconciliation of 26 AS Statement
Accounting of Journal entries
Maintenance of FA Register & Fixed Assets Accounting
Month end activities, including accrual and reversal entries, analysis, and amortization of prepaid accounts
Preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet
