JD- Accounts Executive.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an accounts executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of our mid-sized organisation, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting, supporting compliance requirements, and providing valuable input to the overall financial planning and decision-making process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Accounting
· Daily accounting entries viz sales invoice, purchase invoice, banking entries and or all the entries as and when required.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
· Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
· Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements monthly.
Reports &Reconciliations (Daily & Monthly)
· Reconciliations viz bank, online payments, orders, etc
· Reconciling of major suppliers, vendors, orders received and fulfilled, etc
· Various reports to be generated on a timely basis.
· Keeping track of all the dealer outstanding, vendor outstanding, etc
Qualifications: B.Com Graduate.
Experience: 3-4 Yrs
