Experience: 1 to 3 years in Accounts.

Job Description
a) Finance & Accounts:
Payment Recovery- Debtors & Creditors Management.
Debtor and creditor reconciliation
C. Preparing and Managing Monthly stock statement.
Maintaining Day to day books of accounts.
Banking work- Petty cash, Bank statement reconciliation
Managing Credit / Debit Note.
Accounts Payable Process
Processing for Payment
Maintaining Payment Record
Vendor Registration.
Daily voucher entries (sales, purchases, bank payment)
MIS reporting.
Maintaining Debtors ledger.
Maintaining Creditor ledger.
Customer credit check
Maintaining sales register.
Purchases register.
Maintaining Salaries and wages.
Preparation of Payment Advise Notices
Invoice entry & keeping record for Invoice & Payments to Supplier
Preparing Balance Sheet up to finalization of accounts.
Preparing commission notes and their follow up with respective principle.
b) TAXATION:
Service Tax, VAT & TDS (Computation, Payment Return Filing, Preparing details for Assessment / Audit).
Preparing Income Tax Return, Wealth Tax Return and Tax Audit Report
Handling Income Tax matters.
Handling Sales Tax matters.
Preparation of Tax Audit.
Preparation of Vat Audit.
Monthly TDS Deductions, Payment of TDS. (TDS of Contractor, Professional & Salary], Preparation of form 16 & 16A.
c) OTHERS:
Managing company director’s personal accounts, Balance sheets, Tax returns, and their Respective financial records.
Generating Invoices, Cross checking and verify the details on invoices with that on the purchase orders. Resolve the variations, if any...
Preparation and movement of funds on Weekly basis
Day to Day monitoring of finance and accounts activities
Internal, Concurrent, Statutory Audit.
