We are looking for Accounts Executive.

Experience: Min 2-8 Years

Location: Perumbakkam,OMR, Chennai.

Industry: E-Commerce

Immediate joiners or less than 15 days of the notice period.

Language known: English and Tamil (Must)

Responsibilities:

Creating and Following accurate Accounting Procedures

Duties:
• Should be well versed with Tally, knowledge of other ERP would be preferred.
• Verification of Vendor Invoices and correctly accounting in Tally
• Ensure the vendor invoices booked in Tally are as per the approved PO
• Reconciliation of input GST as per Books & GST portal and follow up with Vendor if required
• Preparing details for TDS payments
• Preparation of Sales invoices in coordination with the Business team
• Accounting of collection entries in Tally
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of Ageing of Debtors Creditors, follow up for collection, settlement and reconciliations
• Preparation of MIS reports in excel
• Knowledge of Monthly and yearly books closing entries
• Verification of Ledgers, Provisions, Expense Payables and general accounts for errors and rectification
• Hands of experience in GST, TDS.
• Book Keeping / GL Accounting.
• Payment will be done after receiving GRN from clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
