Accounts Executive

We are looking for energetic and proactive individuals for our Offshore Team in Mumbai.We are searching for high-energy account executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximise value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Providing financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports. - Keeps a close tab on the Receivables including regular reporting to the management on the same. - Verifying and coordinating Vendor payments, Managing Petty cash and researching on quotations for various expenditures. - Document financial transactions by entering account information. Maintains financial security by following internal control. - Secure financial information by completing database backups. - Ensures Local Financial Compliance as per relevant legal requirement. - Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. - Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner. - Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST. - Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis. - Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms. - Good command over Tally, Zoho Books MS Excel and Word. - Detail oriented, highly organised, team player and multitasking. - Effective communication skills. Required Experience and Qualifications - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in tax, Accounting or finance. - CPA (Certified Public Accountant) OR CPT, IPCC appeared(preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience. - Experience with financial reporting requirements. - Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal divisions. - Should have knowledge of Australia, US, UAE Law.
