Accounts Executive

Full Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to update and maintain the periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Accounts Executive’s responsibilities includes compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data. Our ideal candidate has essential Accounting & financing skills, like Excel skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and financial terms. A good command of the English language is a must.

· Functional Area: Accounts , Finance , Tax , Company Secretary , Audit

· Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances

· Preparing financial statements

· Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas

· Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

· Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management

· Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules

· Excellent knowledge in Ms Excel with experience in accounting.

· Experience in Invoicing , Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.

· Responsible for bill verification and payment to vendors

· Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement

· Responsible for petty cash handling

· Should have knowledge of E commerce online sales Channel invoices generation

· Should have knowledge of GST and GST filing

· Should have knowledge on TDS Entries , filing quarterly TDS returns

· Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.

· Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.

· Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

· Presenting data to managers, vendors, and Management

· Maintaining accurate financial records.

· Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

· Computing taxes.

· Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

. Should have knowledge of Import & Export Documentation

Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
