Job Description
• · Update the customer payments by recording cash, cheque and Bank transactions in Tally.Perform supplier reconciliation. Maintain the general ledge.
• · Debtors & Creditors management.
• · To handle the Company Loan payment details. (Maintain in Excel Cash & Accounts)
• · To Handle the Vendor and Supplier payment with MD on Daily Basis.
• · Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
• Update accounts payable & Accounts Receivable and performs reconciliations to coordinate with Hari Krishnan.
• Ensure Statutory Compliance For TDS, GST
• Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
• Maintenance of records & files in a proper manner
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports/ Collection report Executive Wise.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
• To handle the Factory EB payment, Water payment & other payments to coordinate with Mr.Ramadoss & also Admin & Maintenance payments
• To Handle Salary payment & Other OT payments.
• To Handle the Bank Guarantee./ Maintain data sheet for BG and to track and collect priority.
• EMD/Retention amount to be maintained & Tracked
