Job Description
• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and
• analyzing account information.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Should be proficient with Cash Management, Accounts Reports & MIS,
• Final Accounts & P&L, Balance Sheets, Book Keeping, Tally, Excel, etc.
• Hands on experience in Bank reconciliation and Petty Cash
• Complete knowledge of present GST structure, Letter of Credit, Bank
• Guarantee, IT Scrutiny works and other Tax calculation.
• Prepare and submitting TDS return filing and calculation.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to
• monthly close schedule.
• Report to finance manager regarding outstanding payments
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Prepare Monthly closing & analysis report
• Accomplishes the result by performing all the other accounting duty.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
