Job Summary:
• As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for mentoring the account associates, Reconciliation of all payment methods, reviewing the general Ledger, reviewing the purchase orders, etc. You will be expected to work collaboratively within the department.
What you will be doing:
• Vendor bill posting and Reconciliation
• Reconciliation payment receipts
• Review the assigned GL for each transaction and reconciliation of bank & credit card
• Preparing, Reviewing and Tracking recurring expenses on monthly bases
• Prepare the commission reports of sales representatives every month & record them
• Payroll processing, entries & payroll reconciliation
• Review A/R aging & match the customer ledger balances
• Maintaining accurate financial reports and Performing ledger scrutiny
• Updating document checklist, document library and client reports
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Plan, assign, review staff’s work
• Work under the supervision of a senior account executive
• Sales tax calculation and filling
• Monthly/Yearly reviewing and finalizing AR, AP, bank accounts, credit card, depreciation and amortizing of assets, financial statement, accrued expenses, tax calculation.
What you bring:
• Must have 2 to 4 years of US Accounting experience
• Must have experience in accounts reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, month-end, year-end finalization
• Advanced MS Excel and MS office skills
• Must have the knowledge about US Compliances
• Must have excellent communication, mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of US accounting terminology
• Must have reviewed junior’s work
Added Bonus If you have:
• Particularly good on QuickBooks desktop / online
• Managing multiple clients and onboarding new ones
• Managing and training juniors
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
Educational Qualification:
• B.Com, M.Com or M.B.A (In Finance) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
