Accounts Executive - Construction

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage the financial

operations of our construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring accurate accounting, smooth

vendor transactions, and full statutory compliance across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, record purchase entries, sales invoices, and expense transactions, and ensure proper documentation.

· Project-Based Construction Accounting: Handle project-wise accounts, track material costs, and manage labor payments and contractor bills.

· Compliance & Taxation: Prepare GST returns, handle TDS deductions, and perform bank reconciliations.

· Vendor & Payment Management: Verify vendor invoices, track payables, and ensure timely payments.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly cash flow reports and monthly Profit & Loss statements.

Requirements

· Experience: 2–4 years in accounting (Construction/Real Estate preferred)

· Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Tally (ERP * / Prime) – mandatory

· Knowledge: GST, TDS, and project costing

· Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

· Other Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
