Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables & General Accounting
Urgently hiring AR, AP, Taxation and General Accounting for our client based in Mumbai.
Our client is well known name in its domain, it is a Singapore based Advisory firm specializing in Investment Advisory, Debt Advisory, Business Restructuring, Direct and Indirect Taxation, ESG Reporting, Accounting, Audit, and other CFO Services across APAC.
The company has presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi and Chennai. Their business is growing at a break-neck pace, and they are looking for ambitious professionals to be an integrated part of their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Computation of monthly batch for Rent and CAM and other fixed charges raised by central team.
Computation of Utility charges for creation of Batch.
Computation of Revenue sharing for creation of Batch.
Reconciliation of Parking revenue and providing details to Central AR for booking revenue in software.
Passing receipt entries and reconcile with outstanding invoices.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement.
Preparation of daily client wise collection tracker.
Handling Gift vouchers and its inventories.
Food Box - Accounting and settlement with Tenants.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Creation of PO based on Logic Note from Kissflow.
Updation of accounts based on Expense invoices.
Updation of Bank accounts and their reconciliation.
Entries as per GSTR 2B reconciliation given by GST consultant.
Payment of statutory dues as per workings
Posting Location – Dadar, Mumbai

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
