Position Overview:
As an Accounts Executive at Chandra Transport Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems. Your primary responsibilities will include managing accounts using Tally ERP.+, handling day-to-day financial transactions, and supporting the finance department. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong background in commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tally ERP.+ Expertise: Proficiently use Tally ERP.+ to maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger entries, and other relevant transactions.
• Financial Transactions: Accurately record, process, and reconcile financial transactions and ensure all financial documents are well-organized.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balances.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain various financial reports and statements as required.
• Vendor and Client Management: Assist in the management of vendor and client accounts, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Office: Utilize MS Office applications for additional financial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• A bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.+ and other accounting software systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹17,100.00 per month
