Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Pune
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Pransh Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities related to solar project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations, and ensuring statutory compliance under company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (bills, vouchers, receipts, and payments).
Handle vendor invoices, purchase entries, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain cash books, bank statements, and general ledger entries.
Process GST, TDS entries, and ensure timely filing in coordination with consultants.
Support monthly and annual closing of books of accounts.
Maintain project-wise cost sheets and expense tracking for solar land and development works.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation required for audits.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and statutory consultants for billing and compliance.
Organize and maintain proper documentation (POs, invoices, agreements, etc.) in physical and digital formats.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred in construction, solar, or infrastructure projects).
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and invoice documentation.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience)
