Work Hours: Monday - Saturday (+am to 6pm)
Salary: 18000 p.m. - 30000 p.m. (negotiable)

We are a renowned bean to bar Chocolate Manufacturing Factory based out of Sewri, Mumbai. We are seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in eCommerce & food manufacturing , for the position of Junior Accountant.
Job Description:
All Companies Act and taxation related filing.
Order reconciliations managing order cancellations, refunds and claims. (Online portals)
Review Vendor agreements, registration and payments.
Create Customer invoices and check for payments.
Reconciliation, MIS reports as required by management.
Stock report, Preparation of Financial Statements including payments receivable and payable
Bank reconciliation, debtors and creditors reconciliation.
Handling petty cash, expense reimbursements, supporting docs and purchase accounting.
Maintaining inventory and Fixed assets register.
Maintain Employee data and Payroll processing.
Book Keeping.
Stock & factory audit.
Skill Set:
Proficient with MS Tally and MS Excel.
Knowledge on Taxation, filings and Company accounts
Attention to detail.
MIS reporting, cost accounting & financial statements preparation as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of accounting, finance and taxation laws.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations systems.
Should be okay with Mon-Sat working.
