Job Description
Experience: 3+ Years
Accurate Data Entry to ensure accounts are on-line and
monthly Profit & Loss account can be generated - All types
of entries on Tally.ERP-+ PRIME on daily basis
? All types of E-returns.
? Preparing and filing all gst related work like GSTR1 and 3B
and annual returns with full reconciliation
? Logging bills and making payments with proper account
heads
? Handling Cheque & E payments on daily basis.
? Bank Reconciliation statement.
? Handling day to day petty cash.
? Maintaining day to day passbook.
? MIS reports to management
? Daily Payment follow-up for overdue payments via PHONE,
EMAIL, Whats APP
? Talking to sales team to chase for payment
? Talking to customer for payments
? Updating the Debtors outstanding statement and keeping all
informed
? Accurate Data Entry of receipts in Tally
? Ensuring payments received are posted correctly,
? Making remittance papers
? Making bank guarantee papers to bank
? Handling Citibank external auditors
? Other Miscellaneous accounting work including tally data entry
? Stock reconciliation with factory and final accounts
? Tds /esic /pf working and filing on time
