• JOB LOCATION: AFRICA (You will be relocated to Africa for 2 years)
• Jd for accountant/ Sr. Accountant:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Recording and reviewing expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
- Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain the general ledger operations.
- Sending data for tax filing.
- Record and process employee expense reports.
CANDIDATE MUST KNOW ALL THE BASICS LIKE:
- Golden rule of accounting
- What is Current Ratio
- Debtors are Assets or Liability
- Give 2 Example each - Personal Account, Real Account & Nominal Account
- What is EBITA? What is PAT?
- What is a Bank Reconciliation Statement?
- Difference in between Straight Line Method VS Written Down Value method of
Depreciation?
- Give examples of Fictitious Assets.
