Job Description: Accounts Executive Role Summary
The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase & sales invoice processing, E‑Way Bill/E‑Invoicing, petty cash, data entry, and documentation management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record purchase and sales invoices in ERP/Tally with proper verification of GST and supporting documents.
Generate and manage E‑Way Bills and E‑Invoices as per statutory requirements.
Handle petty cash transactions, maintain vouchers, and perform periodic reconciliation.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical and digital) for audit and compliance.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve invoice and accounting issues.
Assist in basic GST, TDS, and reconciliation activities.
Experience in Purchase & Sales, ERP, Tally, * & Prime.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Experience in purchase & sales accounting.
Working knowledge of ERP, Tally, and Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST.
Good attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
