Role Intro: Accounts Executive/Assistant Manager
The Accounts Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role involves performing day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounting:
• Passing of Bank ,Cash & Journal Voucher transactions after verifying calculations, Proper Approval as per VSOP, Authorization & Supporting Documents.
• Periodic Cheque payment to Vendors as per terms of payment, maintenance of petty cash accounts.
• LSP/IT postings and payments processing
• Store/Consumables purchase accounting
• Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Statements /send fund planning report to corporate F&A.
• Interunit Reco with Other Units on monthly basis
• Maintenance of FAR
• Daily / Monthly profitability report with provisional entry ,depreciation sheet & expenses details & exchange gain/loss working
Statutory Compliance:
• TDS Deduction on Monthly Basis & Giving Details to corporate finance
• preparation of details of GSTR 1 and send to corporate finance
• verification and modification in GSTR 2A
• Close all liabilities and advance of vendor
• JV entries-including cost allocation to units and GST reco entries
• Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
Qualification & Key Competencies:
• Chartered accountant
• B com/M com with 0-5-year relevant industry experience
• Proficient in working with MS office
• Should be very good number skills, problem solving skills and analytical ability.
• He/ she should also possess good communication skills as most them have to write reports or present complex financial concepts and strategies to colleagues.
• They also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, tax laws.
• Preferred experience in Microsoft dynamics (D)
