Arcitech is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
Salary Information
The intern will receive a stipend ranging from Rs.7,000 to Rs.10,000 for a tenure of 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Analyze budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Provide necessary documentation for audits and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting
