Job description for Accounts & Finance Head
Key Requirements:
10 Years in Accounting and Finance
Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Experience in Import & Export Documentation
Ensuring financials are as per Company law requirement and ready for purpose of audit
Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement.
Reviewed the schedules for Balance-Sheet and P&L, provisions of various expenses and inventory.
Preparation of Financial Statement as per Revised Schedule III.
Analysis of draft Financial Statement including Notes to Accounts.
Quarterly Physical Stock take from third party consultants
Accounting Services:
Review of Quarterly MIS report.
Finalization of accounts.
Taxation:
GST Filing of company.
Preparing the base data for hearing of scrutiny of Income Tax.
Representing before the Income Tax Authorities and Sales Tax/GST Authorities (if required)
Timely calculation, deposit of TDS and filing of TDS.
Finance:
Cash Flow & Fund Flow
Ratio Analysis
Working Capital Analysis
Receivable Management
Funds Operating Cycle
Budgetary Analysis
Registrar of Companies (ROC):
Filing various ROC forms as per regular compliance .
Coordination with CS for various compliance .
Maintaining Statutory registers.
HR:
Maintaining Salary, ESIC, EPF & PT
Computer Proficiency:
Working knowledge of Accounting Packages like Tally ERP & MS - Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹80,000.00 per month
