To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Accounts & Finance Specialist within the Finance team! This position will be located in Mumbai.
Our Team
The ambition of the financial function is to be a contributor to growth and development by, efficiently, reliably and cost effectively:
• managing financial assets and financial performance,
• being solutions providers regarding financial matters,
• ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards

The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value
Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.
This position is responsible for Consolidation of Balance Sheet and other monthly reports as Specialist Accounting. This position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entry reconciliations. They're also responsible for maintaining the general ledger system and preparing monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports to management.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
• Ensuring all entries of month end closing. Consolidation of P/L and Balance sheet on Monthly basis, BFC reporting , EMR reporting etc.
• To ensure AR Review and working with inter departments to keep AR outstanding under control.
• To conduct ICFR testing as per the internal control guidelines of the company’s act.
• Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
• Checking of GST working for HO Mumbai, Insurance claims and renewal working.
• Working to claim export incentive like RODTEP (Export duty remission scheme).
• Working on the GL accounting and ensure to match Month to month GL balance and report the variance to management, if any. Also ensure GL creation on system after adequate review and verification.
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.

In depth knowledge & experience of Accounting, ERP, IFRS, Indian GAAP, Insurance rule and regulation, GST rules
• Education:
→ Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Experience:
→ Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience. Exposure to manufacturing operations and HO operations preferred.
