Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our team. The candidate should have advanced knowledge of Tally and Excel and should have previously worked in a CA firm. The Accounts Intern will assist our accounting team in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing other accounting tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Managing and reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other accounts payable and receivable.
• Recording and processing financial transactions in Tally and Excel.
• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Providing support to the accounting team in other areas as needed.
• Must have knowledge of cost accounting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently enrolled in an Accounting program).
• Advanced knowledge of Tally and Excel.
• Previous experience working in a CA firm or other accounting-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
