WE ARE HIRING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR OUR ORGANIZATION SPECTRUM GLOBAL PROJECTS PVT LTD

· WORKING HOURS: 10:30 T0 7:30 PM
Job Description – Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring MIS funds flow and financial activities of the group of companies.
2. Preparing daily and monthly reports of bank position, income & expenses, and the balance sheet.
3. Finalization of company accounts.
4. Ensuring compliance with data requirements as per auditors.
5. Working closely with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audit processes, including answering queries and maintaining relevant documentation.
6. Handling government tenders; preparing and maintaining related statements.
7. Maintaining records of OD (Overdraft) bank accounts.
8. Developing statements for TDS payments and other statutory dues.
+. Checking and ensuring proper bank reconciliations.
10. Filing GST returns and annual returns online with assistance from consultants.
11. Managing EMD and SD data against tenders, ensuring deadlines are achieved.
Routine Accounting Activities:
1. Supervising and handling day-to-day accounts operations.
2. Coordinating with various departments and branch offices.
3. Scrutinizing purchase and expense bills and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
4. Monitoring outstanding debtors and taking steps to ensure timely collections.
5. Reconciliation of TDS accounts and follow-up on accounts-related issues.
6. Authorizing bill payments and ensuring bank reconciliations are in place.
Audit & Consultancy Coordination:
1. Visiting clients for tax audit, statutory audit, and income tax assessments.
2. Monitoring and reporting accounting activities across various branches.
3. Preparing CA certificates and documentation for bidding tenders after reviewing financials.
4. Coordinating with audit teams for compliance and reporting.
Additional Accounting Support:
1. Preparing investment statements and maintaining financial records as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in handling accounts and finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
