Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager with at least 1 year of post-graduation experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Income Tax, and accounting software, and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintain related records.
Assist in income tax computation, TDS deduction, and return filing.
Support in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial data and clarifications.
Use various accounting and ERP software tools to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Monitor expenses and support in budgeting and internal financial control processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/BBA/M.Com) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and Income Tax.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Busy, or similar).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in GST reconciliation and audit support.
• Knowledge of TDS, ROC compliances, and payroll accounting is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
