We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be meticulous with details, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
6. Manage the budgeting process and provide variance analysis against budgeted figures.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax filing processes.
8. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

10. Statutory Audit and Closure of Financial Statements
11. Working on GST Refund
12. Preparing reports for all platforms (YouTube, Amazon, Spotify, iTunes)
13. Co-ordinating with US Team

15. Co-ordinating with CA
16. Define salary structure & taxes of employees
17. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline accounting processes.
Skills
1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite ERP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
