ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR
· Managed all types of credit limits from banks including fund based and non-fund based facilities like Term loans, Cash credit, WCDL, Corporate loan, Letters of credit, Buyer’s credit, Supplier’s credit, FCNR (B), Bank guarantee, ECB, Trade finance, Invoice financing, Trust Receipt, Purchase / Sale Bill discounting, PCFC, Pre shipment credit, Post shipment Credit, Drull limits, Dealer financing, etc.
· Assisted in enabling access for capital at low interest rates and under favorable terms by building/cultivating multiple banking relationships.
· To Liase with banks/financers and handling funds movement for various locations in India and Abroad
· Maintained relations with top level management of various nationalized and private banks including DGM, GM, EDs and MDs.
· To ensure foundation for optimal financial and operational performance through creation of an international credit and collections department.
· Finalization of accounts of oversee entities and responsible for timely audits of the accounts as per Indian/international laws.
· Ensuring Compliance of RBI and FEMA guidelines in respect of WOS located outside India.
· To re-define the whole process and created SOPs for all accounting/financial operations including logistics, customer service, receivable management, dispatches, MIS, etc. and made the whole department process oriented from person oriented with predefined TAT for each job.
· Responsible to guide the whole Accounts/finance team and to set a process and motivating the whole team to increase the output.
· Will be responsible for Internal Audit/Statutory Audit/Tax audit etc….any other support required by the management.
Preparing Budget, financial modules and financial planning for future expansion of the company.
Please note Candidates between Borivali to Andheri & Male Candidates will be preferred. Work from office only Mon-Sat +.30 am to 6.30 pm
Qualification - CA Inter not pursuing CA further.
Experience - Finalisation and consolidation.
