Accounts, Admin Executive/Manager
A Dynamic Operations & Accounts Executive rolled into one confident and capable leader. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for excellence, cool and calm composure and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
Skill Sets:
Handling Complete Operations, Admin, Accounts, Billing which includes Billing/Payments/Admin/Renewal Reminders/Filing/Sales Support.
Handling Complete Taxation, TDS, Profession Tax, GST Filing & Payments.
Provide complete Pre and Post sales support & account management
Full Knowledge of Accounting & Taxation
Knowledge of Zoho Books accounting software will be an added advantage.
Attendance, Leave Management for payroll processing & coordinating with HR.
Ability to respond to customers etc in English via the Think Support Ticket system, Email and Phone
Only candidates currently working or living in Mumbai should apply.

Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
An enterprising leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities.
Energetic leader with motivational and team-building skills.
Works quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail. Should be able to interact with Clients and get their updates done.
Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
Should be a motivated self-starter and like working on fast-paced projects.
Superb Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Happy to share Office Responsibilities.
