Senior Accounts Officer – UK Accounting

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to join our UK Accounting division, specializing in Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of UK bookkeeping, month-end closing activities, and VAT compliance.
Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with UK accounting standards.
~ Bank and Account Reconciliations : Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts receivable, and vendor ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
~ Accounts Payable (AP) :
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
Quality Control & Review : Take ownership of reviewing accounting entries and reconciliations before final submission to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience : Minimum 4 to 6 Years of experience in UK accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Xero (or similar UK accounting software).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Work with international clients and build domain expertise in UK accounting.
