Job Description
This full-time Accounts and Administration role at Lithocraft Pty Ltd in Truganina, VIC 302+ is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Finance team. As an Accounts and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting functions of the business.
What you'll be doing
Inputting and reconciling accounts receivable and payable transactions
Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documentation
Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes
Providing support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
Collaborating with the broader Finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks
Adhering to established accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar financial role, preferably within the Accounting industry
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members
A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
