We’re Hiring! Accountant – Payable!

We are seeking Immediate Joiners for the position of Accountant - Payable at our N.M Wadia Hospital, Shukrawar Peth Pune!

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Accounts Payable Accountant. The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for daily tasks including finance management and general accounting activities. The candidate should have thorough knowledge in entire Procure to Pay process. The role includes processing invoices, performing account reconciliations, managing invoicing procedures, vendor management, Purchase Order creation and verification of invoices. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely payment processing and accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications

· Finance and Accounting skills

· Experience with Account Reconciliation

· Invoice Processing and Invoicing skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent organizational skills

· Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel

· Purchase Order (PO) handling and verification

· Knowledge of TDS and compliance requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in an accountant payable role within a hospital (mandatory)

· B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in a relevant field (mandatory)

· Immediate joiners encouraged
